Internal Regulations and Information


  • ATTENTION: Electric irons are prohibited.

    For safety reasons, the use of electric irons and medium to large electrical appliances in the rooms is prohibited. If any of these items are found, they will be confiscated and stored at the front desk, to be returned at check-out. Electric irons are available for use in the following areas: Tower 1 (2nd floor), Tower 2 (6th floor), and Tower 3 (7th floor). Any damage caused to room items must be compensated by the guest, with charges applied at check-out.

  • 1. Meal Times

    Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. During congresses and events, please check the specific schedule for meal times.

  • 2. Reminder

    Hotel check-in begins at 11:00 AM and ends at 10:00 AM, or it starts at 4:00 PM and ends at 2:00 PM. After these times, a new daily rate will be charged, except in cases authorized by the reception. The hotel reserves the right to request the vacating of any apartment in case of an emergency. Upon check-out, it is necessary to return the apartment key card at the reception; failure to do so will result in a charge of R$ 15.00. For more information, please contact the reception at extension 5. Remember that wearing the identification bracelet is mandatory throughout your stay to ensure your safety.

  • 3. Hours of Operation

    The heated pools, saunas, and hot tub are open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The outdoor leisure area is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while the fitness room operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The minibar is available from 8:30 AM to midnight.

  • 4. Parking and Luggage

    We have internal parking available for guests. Upon check-in, guests should drive up the ramp, park their car in the designated area, and take their luggage to their room. At check-out, after placing their luggage in the vehicle, guests must check out at the reception and then exit directly through the parking area. The hotel is not responsible for losses, collisions, fires, thefts, damages, or items and valuables left in vehicles, rooms, or hotel premises.

  • 5. Heated pools, saunas, and hot tub.

    The hotel's heated pools, saunas, and hot tub operate from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The hotel features 3 heated indoor pools, 4 saunas (male and female), and a hot tub with a capacity for 15 people. During conferences and events, please check the specific schedule for operating hours.

  • 6. Outdoor recreation area

    The hotel's outdoor recreation area operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and features 6 tropical pools, a playground, 4 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, as well as individual courts for volleyball, basketball, futsal, and shuttlecock, plus an outdoor gym. Equipment for activities can be requested at the pool bar, except for tennis rackets. All recreational areas, including the pools, are exclusive to guests.

  • 7. Towels for the pools

    The hotel provides one pool towel (green or blue) per guest per day at no additional cost, which is replaced daily. Extra towels can be obtained at the pool for a fee of R$ 10,00 per unit. White towels are for bathing only and should not be taken out of the room. Extra towels must be returned by the end of the stay; otherwise, a charge of R$ 40,00 per unit will apply.

  • 8. Recreation Team

    The hotel offers a recreation team for children ages 4 and up, teenagers, and adults, available on weekends, holidays, and long weekends. During conferences and events, please check availability. This service is exclusive to registered guests.

  • 9. Playroom

    The playroom is available at any time of day, but children must always be accompanied by their parents.

  • 10. Gym

    The fitness room operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • 11. Game Room

    The hotel offers individual rooms for foosball, ping-pong, billiards, and card games. Equipment can be requested at the front desk.

  • 12. Mommy's Kitchen

    The hotel provides Mommy's Kitchens equipped with microwaves, available 24 hours in the following locations: Tower 1 (2nd floor), Tower 2 (6th floor), and Tower 3 (7th floor).


  • 13. Phone Calls

    To call from one room to another, dial 1 + room number; for external calls, please check with the reception; to speak with reception, dial 5.

  • 14. Internet

    The hotel offers wireless internet access throughout the premises; for connection details, please inquire at the reception. Additionally, there are computers available for guests in the hallway next to the lounge, free of charge.

  • 15. Minibar

    The minibar operates from 8:30 AM to midnight. To request items, please contact the reception at extension 5. Unused items cannot be returned. If you prefer, you can purchase products at the hotel bar and take them to your room.

  • 16. Laundry Service

    To use the laundry service, please fill out the form available in your room and request pickup at the reception by dialing extension 5.

  • 17. Voltage

    The voltage in the apartments is 110 volts, except for the refrigerator outlet in Tower 3, which is 220 volts.

  • 18. Accessibility

    The hotel has accessible restrooms located in the game room corridor (ground floor of Tower 1), in the bathrooms next to Tower 3, and in the Ágata Hall and Restaurant.

  • 19. Lost and Found

    Lost items will be stored by the hotel for up to three months. To request shipping, please contact the hotel.

  • 20. Cleaning of the Rooms

    The cleaning of the rooms is done daily between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign will be respected until 2:00 PM; after that time, the hotel may contact the guest. Any damage or loss of items in the room will be charged to the guest's account.

  • 21. Prohibited

    The hotel is non-smoking, and it is strictly prohibited to smoke cigarettes, hookahs, or similar items in common areas and apartments. Violation will incur a cleaning fee equivalent to one night's stay for deep cleaning of the room, which will be blocked for one day for this procedure. Bringing beverages into the hotel premises is also not allowed, and a corkage fee will be charged for violations. Swimwear (except shorts) is prohibited during meals, and taking items from breakfast, lunch, or dinner out of the restaurant is not allowed. Pets, except for guide dogs, are not permitted, and the use of skates, skateboards, bicycles, or toys that cause excessive noise inside the hotel is restricted.
